Recently, Anna from Ardens Healthcare Informatics contacted our catering manager Jack to organise a corporate dining event. The event was taking place at the end of July, with 45 guests for us to cater for. We began by serving a selection of canapés as the guests arrived, including pan-seared fillet of beef, halloumi and tomato crostini, roasted duck wraps with spring rolls, and Scottish smoked salmon. The canapés set an elegant tone for the evening and introduced the guests to our delicious catering.
We then served our main course buffet style, which consisted of slow-roasted pork or grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers for vegetarian guests. The mains were served with fresh bread rolls and wraps, including a gluten-free option, as well as fresh seasonal salad dishes.
To finish the catering in style, we served homemade individual cheesecakes and choux pastry buns loaded with whipped cream and chocolate. The desserts were presented elegantly, ensuring that they looked and tasted incredible!
