For the last two years, Hog Roast Beaminster has catered for a rock music festival that takes place on local farmland. Since our menu has been a success in the past, we have been hired again to cater for the 2024 festival taking place in June. For the menu, we will be serving our classic hog roast, which is always a big success with the hungry festival-goers who are in need of a hearty meal. This menu is also great at attracting customers since the hog smells so delicious while it cooks on-site, making it hard to resist checking out our menu.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Beaminster team will arrive at the venue in the morning and begin preparing our menu on our allocated plot. Our team will start by slow-roasting the hog to perfection and allowing it to roast for between five and six hours. Once the pork is ready, the succulent meat will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, we will be serving BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a delicious meat-free option. The jackfruit is also cooked freshly on-site and is packed full of flavour and goodness. The main dishes will be served with a selection of sides, including homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a fresh green leaf salad. Overall, this menu is sure to go down a treat at the event and is bound to attract plenty of customers to see what we have to offer.
