The half-term break is the perfect excuse to wind down and relax before going back to the daily grind once the week is up – and not just for the kids. So, when the school’s broke up for the holidays, Chelsey seized the opportunity with both hands and decided to plan a party for her family.
With a newly-renovated back garden large enough to host all 40 people on the guest list and a bouncy castle with ease, Chelsey had no problem making space for everyone. What had unsettled her, though, was the prospect of feeding all those people, not to mention the fussy kids! However, before she succumbed to the pressures that catering can have, she realised that there was a much easier way of tackling her problem – one that wouldn’t see her spend the whole afternoon in the kitchen. Our experienced bunch quickly put her mind at ease by promising her an epic meal plan that would go down a storm with the whole family. This was like music to Chelsey’s ears, and she immediately began working with our catering manager Jack to uncover the ideal menu for the laid-back event.

The meat was juicy and tender, the salads were fresh and crunchy, and the guests thoroughly enjoyed every morsel! And, in addition to the perfectly grilled burgers, sausages, chicken kebabs and spareribs, the team had also prepared a tray of fresh sandwiches for the guests to nibble on throughout the day.
Everyone had a fab time, and Chelsey was so grateful to have Hog Roast Wimbourne Minster in her corner, which made the day stress and hassle-free for her as the host. Instead, she was able to enjoy the time with her guests and make memories with her kids!
