This summer, Hog Roast Lyme Regis was hired to provide a delicious menu at a corporate seminar taking place locally. The seminar was hosted by a tech company, with the intention of displaying their new software and answering any questions. For the guestlist, staff members, journalists, influencers, and local people had been invited to attend, to ensure that the information was spread to multiple groups of people. As well as the discussion, Hog Roast Lyme Regis was hired to serve a delicious buffet to the guests, in the form of a classic hog roast. This was the ideal menu for the occasion as it includes a selection of delicious dishes and can be served efficiently to large groups of guests.
On the day of the seminar, the Hog Roast Lyme Regis team arrived at the venue with plenty of time to prepare our menu. We began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection, before it was expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls. The rolls were accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, and homemade applesauce, to create a delicious main dish. Our team also provided homemade chips and green leaf salad to create a tasty and balanced meal. Providing catering was a great way to break up the day and our menu was an especially excellent choice! The guests all enjoyed what we had to offer, and our menu went down a treat.
