We were worried that for a smart black tie event that they would not be the right thing, but they were wonderful. They were invariably professional, well organised, accommodating and efficient people with which to deal. The pork itself was juicy and really delicious – cooked for hours – they had woken at 4am to have it ready for 8:30pm but the crackling was what attracted the highest praise. The sides and salads were all great too – and they served my birthday cake with their usual efficiency. They seemed to be a really well run and friendly team of people too, if only more businesses were like them.

If you think a hog roast would be perfect for your event in Dorset but you would rather do the catering yourself, hiring a hog roast machine from us will give you a massive advantage and the best chance of producing some great tasting, tender meat for your guests.
We can supply everything you need to cook your own hog, including the meat if required. We will drop the machine off at your venue and pick it up again and clean it after you have used it. Of course we will spend as much time as you need talking you through everything until you are completely happy about operating it yourself.
