Recently, Hog Roast Charmouth was contacted by a local academy to cater for their sports day. The day consists of races and competitions between pupils of all ages and abilities, as well as races for the parents and teachers! Instead of students receiving a normal school dinner for the sports day, the academy decided to provide our classic BBQ menu instead, to boost morale and include something for every student to look forward to. The academy aims for the sports day to be accessible to all, so our catering included a variety of options for every student to enjoy.
Our BBQ menu is a very versatile choice since it includes chicken kebabs, BBQ marinated spareribs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, succulent sausages and juicy British beef burgers. The main dishes are served alongside jacket potatoes and chips, fresh bread rolls and wraps (including gluten-free options), and a variety of fresh salad dishes- such as Caesar salad and seasonal vegetables. Overall, this menu provides students with the ability to create a meal of their liking from the many dishes we have on offer.
