Frances runs a travel agent in Dorset and is in charge of a great team of 15 employees. The business is small but profitable and the staff enjoy what they do and are passionate about providing great holidays for the people of Dorset. Each year, Frances plans some form of Christmas event for the staff to enjoy, ranging from Christmas meals to days out. This year, she contacted Hog Roast Wareham to arrange a Christmas meal for the staff to enjoy at their office. Our catering manager Jack was more than happy to get Frances booked in and to get to work planning for this event!
For this event, the Hog Roast Wareham team will provide a delicious Christmas dinner served buffet style. This is ideal for the number of guests and allows everyone to enjoy a delicious meal. The star of our festive menu is the whole-roasted turkey, which is slow-cooked to ensure that it is packed full of natural juices and flavours. We always get great feedback from our turkey as it is just so irresistible! The main dish is served with a variety of trimmings, including roasted potatoes, homemade gravy, seasonal vegetables, pigs in blankets, and cauliflower cheese. After the main meal has been enjoyed, we will provide glasses of mulled wine to the guests, allowing them to make a toast or simply enjoy a warm drink.
