Recently, we helped one lovely couple experience the wedding of their dreams by serving a feast that had every guest swooning. It all started with the canapes (yes, we do those!). Our friendly serving team made every guest feel at home by circling the event space with towering platters of handmade gourmet sausages served with honey and wholegrain mustard glaze, roasted halloumi and tomato crostini, roasted duck wraps and spring rolls and smoked Scottish salmon on fresh brown bread.
These bite-size snacks were the perfect prelude to the hog roast main course. Served with crackling, stuffing, applesauce and a choice of freshly prepared salads, coleslaw, roasted new potatoes and mac and cheese, this hearty feast had something for everyone. Our veggie and vegan guests were in their element too, thanks to some ultra tasty and colourful kebabs packed with fresh vegetable chunks, optional halloumi, tzatziki dip and flatbreads.
As always, Hog Roast Sherborne nailed the feast, ensuring every guest went home with a full belly and a satisfied smile.
