n 26th June, we had the pleasure of catering for a corporate event for the JS Group at Engagement House in Dorchester. With 36 guests to feed, our catering manager, Jack and the Hog Roast Dorchester team were on hand to serve up a delicious Gourmet BBQ menu. Judging by the empty plates, it went down a real treat. And that’s always a great sign in our eyes. We love catering for business functions and understand that making a great first impression counts. Hours before the event start time, we arrived at the venue and got straight to work behind the grill. On the menu were some classic BBQ favourites. Guests couldn’t wait to pile up their plates with British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, and spareribs. We ensured that the feast was ready to be served to guests on the dot at 3 pm.
Hog Roast Dorchester always aim to make sure everyone has a dish option they can enjoy. So, we also brought along two homemade vegetarian and vegan options. Our tasty veggie burgers and grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, of course. These were served with wraps and a choice of dips.
Alongside the mains, we served fresh salads and crispy fries. There was plenty to go around for seconds and even thirds. So, no one went home with rumbling stomachs. We were so delighted to have received great feedback about the quality of our menus. It really gives us the greatest job satisfaction to hear nice comments.
