Knowing that their staff wasn’t quite over the summer yet after the bank holiday weekend, the management team made the call to host a barbecue at the office. They turned to the very best fine roast meat and barbecue catering specialist in all of corporate dining for the job – Hog Roast Ilminster. Our gourmet range brings the best of the best in barbecuing direct to your workplace. We have gourmet versions of your classic beef burgers and sausages along with some unique additions to the classic British barbie, such as our Thai spiced chicken kebabs and our marinated meaty ribs. The Daido team enjoyed our burgers and sausages along with our staple pulled pork, made fresh from an authentic hog roast, veggie burgers and grilled skewers. All rolls could be served with fried onions and cheese too, and the Daido staff could help themselves to fresh fries, seasonal leafy greens, and creamy gourmet coleslaw. We had 80 staff members to serve, many coming back in for seconds and even thirds in some cases – which was not a problem at all as chef Jack kept the fresh burgers and sausages coming right through the afternoon!
