We couldn’t have asked for a better centrepiece to our Open Day than the delicious hog roast that brought everyone together. The taste didn’t disappoint, perfectly seasoned, slow-roasted pork with crispy crackling and tender meat that melted in the mouth. The serving team was friendly and efficient, keeping the queue moving while making sure everyone got generous portions. The sides:Β fresh rolls, apple sauce, stuffing, and salads all complemented the roast beautifully and catered to a range of tastes.
