Stacey and her husband have spent months transforming their garden into a relaxing and enjoyable space with plenty of beautiful flowers and plants, a patio area with garden furniture, and a lush green lawn in the centre. Now that they are happy with their hard work, the pair decided that the perfect way to enjoy it is by hosting a garden party! To allow the hosts to make the most of the event and enjoy spending time with their guests, Hog Roast Beaminster was hired to cater for the occasion. Stacey decided on our team since our Gourmet BBQ menu would be perfect for the garden party since it includes a good variety of dishes and is sure to have plenty for all 30 guests to enjoy!
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Beaminster team arrived at the private venue in the morning and we started by setting up our catering station on the patio. Once ready, we got to work and barbequed the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, juicy beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes were served alongside homemade chips, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, creamy mac and cheese, and a delicious green leaf salad. Overall, our menu was the perfect addition to the garden and it was great to see the guests lining up at our catering station to create their perfect buffet lunch!
