At Hog Roast Wimborne, we believe that great food brings people together, and on the 25th of September, our team will be doing just that for the staff of KCI UK Holdings Ltd. Catering Manager Jack and his experienced team are heading to Nimrod Way in Ferndown Industrial Estate, where 25 lucky guests will be treated to a mouth-watering Southern Slow Roast feast.
For this lunchtime corporate gathering, the spotlight will be firmly on our trio of slow-roasted meats. Guests will tuck into our juicy BBQ pork butt, melt-in-your-mouth Texan 24-hour beef brisket, and our famous Louisiana sticky pork ribs that are so tender they practically fall off the bone. Each cut is carefully marinated, seasoned, and cooked low and slow, delivering maximum flavour with every bite.
To elevate these signature dishes, we’ll be serving a selection of freshly baked bread rolls and wraps, including wholemeal and gluten-free options to make sure everyone is catered for. Of course, no Southern-style spread would be complete without our legendary sauces. Guests can add a splash of our smoky-sweet BBQ glaze, turn up the heat with our Cajun hot pepper sauce, 
or indulge in the richness of our hickory bourbon BBQ sauce.
We’re also ensuring vegetarian and vegan guests feel included with our homemade pulled jackfruit. Steeped in hickory BBQ sauce and served in a bun with crunchy slaw, it’s a plant-based option so full of flavour that it rivals the classics.
To accompany the mains, Jack’s team will be dishing up hearty sides that pair perfectly with Southern Slow cooking. Corn cobettes for that sweet, smoky crunch, indulgent mac & cheese for comfort food lovers, and a mixture of sweet potato and traditional fries, complete with dips, to satisfy every craving.
Everything will be served on eco-friendly wooden bamboo crockery with matching cutlery and quality napkins—stylish, sustainable, and practical for a workday celebration.
