Hog Roast Ringwood recently had the pleasure of catering an exciting Open Day at One Point Survey in Ringwood on the 5th of September 2025. Catering Manager Jack and his team provided a feast for 100 guests, ensuring everyone enjoyed a warm, delicious, and memorable experience.
The star of the day was, of course, the whole roasted pig with perfectly crispy crackling, served alongside apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests were treated to a selection of bread rolls and wraps, including gluten-free options, allowing everyone to enjoy the full Hog Roast Ringwood experience. The slow-roasted pork was perfectly seasoned, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth, with crackling that drew compliments from every guest.
Hog Roast Ringwood also catered carefully for vegetarian and vegan guests, offering homemade alternatives like grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, served with wraps, tzatziki, and a sweet and punchy chilli sauce. These options were just as thoughtfully prepared as the main hog roast, ensuring all dietary needs were met with flavour and care.
Freshly made sides complemented the feast beautifully. Guests enjoyed a mixed salad and gourmet coleslaw, providing a light, crisp contrast to the rich roast. The 
combination of fresh, vibrant accompaniments and expertly cooked pork created a centrepiece that brought everyone together, making the Open Day feel even more special.
The Hog Roast Ringwood team served the food onto wooden disposable crockery with wooden cutlery, combining practicality with a rustic charm that suited the event perfectly. The team’s friendly and efficient service kept the queues moving while ensuring each guest received generous portions.
