Late last year, Sarah moved into her first home by herself, along with her partner. Together, they renovated and redecorated the home with the help of their family, so they wanted to host a housewarming party to thank everyone for their hard work. They planned to host a party in January, with catering provided by Hog Roast Yetminster. Our catering manager Jack discussed our menu options with them, before deciding that our Gourmet BBQ was the ideal choice.
On the day of the event, we arrived at the home in advance of the 7:00pm mealtime. To begin with, we prepared the main dishes, including succulent sausages, British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. The main dishes were served with fresh bread rolls and wraps, as well as a gluten-free alternative. The Hog Roast Yetminster team also prepared a selection of sides, including homemade chips, crunchy coleslaw, and a selection of seasonal vegetables.
The menu went down a treat with the guests and it was great to see everyone enjoying the dishes we had to offer. There was something for everyone to enjoy, since this is such a versatile choice. The guests enjoyed looking around the new home and receiving such a warm welcome.
